Sunday Closeout
Pack NEXGEN items and leave the labeled shipment with the CEP team before leaving the show.
Cutting tools from displays, coffee machine in original box, swag, awards, leftover cups, snack items, and literature.
Perishable liquids, open food, coffee, milk, creamer, ice, and anything that should not be shipped.
Attach the prepaid NEXGEN shipping label. CEP will handle the signs and booth graphics separately after the show.
Booth Guide
Every customer should feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to spend time with NEXGEN.
Coffee, water, refreshments and snacks are available. Beer on tap Monday–Thursday, 12–5 PM. Drink tickets help pace customer hospitality.
Lunch and breaks are rotated. Ask before leaving to walk the show. Help cover the booth whenever possible.
Scan every qualified visitor and add quick notes while the conversation is fresh.
