At NEXGEN Tooling LLC, we employ some of the top inspection equipment available in the business. Our Helicheck Pro machine(s) allow for fully automatic and complete measurement of our tool geometries.
In addition to owning and utilizing the top inspection equipment in the business we manage our high standards (quality and consistency) through our ISO 9001 Certification.
What our tools experience:
- Certified accuracy on all our quality checks
- Optical, contactless, and fully automatic inspection up to 400x
- Lot # traceability on each tool from raw material to finished product
- Full In-House tool coating inspection & quality control processes involving coating hardness, thickness, and post polish outcome
