Our In-House Coatings

Our in-house high-performance coating, based on AlCrN with added titanium, is engineered for an
optimal balance of
core toughness and
top-layer abrasion
resistance. Titanium
reduces adhesive wear versus conventional
AlCrN, boosts microhardness
to 3500 Hv,
and prevents crack
propagation through
the coating.



Our in-house high-performance
nanocomposite
coating is designed for milling and drilling stainless steels, titanium, and high-temp alloys. It
offers exceptional
heat and wear
resistance, making it
ideal for machining
tough materials prone to work hardening and abrasion, such as
chromium- and nickelbased
alloys.



Our in-house high-performance
coating is engineered for
milling non-ferrous
materials like
aluminum, brass, and
bronze. Designed to
prevent edge buildup
common with
soft, sticky metals, it
delivers outstanding
performance and
significantly extends
tool life in ultra-highspeed
machining
